Team arrives within the 1-hour window. We walk the space, confirm priorities, and protect floors and sensitive surfaces before equipment is unpacked.
2. Systematic Execution
We work top-to-bottom, dry-to-wet. This prevents cross-contamination and ensures dust dislodged from higher surfaces is captured during floor cleaning.
3. Verification & Handover
We conduct a final walkthrough (optional but recommended). Any missed detail is addressed immediately on-site. You only pay when satisfied.
Glossary: The Tidysweep Standard
"Deep Clean"
Not just 'thorough'. It includes interior appliances, cabinet tops, and baseboards. We reserve this term for spaces untouched by pro cleaners for 30+ days.
"Eco-Friendly"
Refers to non-toxic, biodegradable agents effective on grease and bacteria. We avoid harsh bleach unless explicitly requested for sanitization.
"Maintenance"
Designed for high-traffic areas. Focus is on accessible surfaces. We do not move heavy furniture during maintenance cleans.
"White Glove"
Specific request for high-touch point detailing (light switches, door handles, remote controls) using lint-free cloths.
