The Prague Arrival Protocol: Where Professionalism Begins

Before a single surface is cleaned, our process establishes a foundation of respect, clarity, and safety. This isn't just preparation; it's the first guarantee of quality.

We don't assume. We confirm. A dedicated text message with a uniformed cleaner photo arrives 15 minutes prior. We place protective mats and covers at your specified entry point. A concise walkthrough identifies your priorities—like the antique lamp in the living room or the client's home office. We set up a compact, organized station, never a mess in the middle of your space. The final step is a digital checklist review on our tablet, signed by you, confirming the exact scope. This 10-minute protocol is non-negotiable; it’s the core of how we work.

The Execution Matrix: Room-by-Room Standards

A high-density checklist used by our team. No guesswork, just validated steps.

Kitchen: Degrease & Sanitize

  • Range hood filter degrease (inside and out)
  • Faucet aerator descale
  • Sink drain sanitization
  • Cabinet front wipe-down

* Ovens require a separate, scheduled deep-clean service.

Bathroom: Disinfect & Polish

  • All touchpoints disinfected (switches, handles)
  • Mirror polishing (no streaks)
  • Grout line cleaning
  • Consumable restock (toilet paper, towels)

Living Area: Detail & Dust

  • Vacuum under furniture cushions
  • Dust all surfaces, including baseboards
  • Interior window cleaning
  • Surface wipe (table tops, shelves)

Bedroom & Entryway

  • Bed: Vacuum mattress (if requested)
  • Entry: Clean doorbell, sweep mat
  • Organization: Nightstand surface reset

* Linen changes are a separate add-on.

The Decision Lens: What Service Fits Your Need?

Choosing the right service optimizes for your budget and time. Here’s how to decide.

Your Primary Goal

Select the statement that best matches your situation. The column where it appears is your recommended service.

Key Trade-off

Faster service (Maintenance) vs. Deeper results (Deep/Move-Out). Your budget and time constraints are the deciding factors.

Weekly/Bi-Weekly Maintenance

Optimizes for: Consistent cleanliness, surface-level upkeep.

Scenario: "I keep my apartment tidy but need help with vacuuming, dusting, and bathroom sanitization to maintain my standard."

Time Investment: 2-3 hours for a standard Prague apartment.

Deep Clean (Quarterly)

Optimizes for: Addressing buildup, neglected areas, and a full reset.

Scenario: "I haven't had a professional clean in months. I need behind appliances, inside windows, and detailed kitchen/bath work."

Time Investment: 4-6 hours for a standard Prague apartment.

Move-Out / End-of-Lease

Optimizes for: Meeting landlord inspection standards, full property turnover.

Scenario: "I'm leaving my rental and need a documented clean that satisfies the lease agreement."

Time Investment: 5-8 hours (varies by property size and condition).

The Final Verification Walkthrough: From 'Clean' to 'Guaranteed'

This is the step that defines our reliability. After our team completes the execution matrix, we pause. One cleaner performs a silent, solo inspection using a personal checklist—completely separate from the client's initial walkthrough. This is our internal quality control, and it's designed to catch what human eyes often miss.

We specifically scan for the most common pitfalls: dust trails on baseboards, missed corners behind doors, streaks on glass and mirrors, and dust accumulation on high shelves or light fixtures. We then address one high-impact "wow" item—aligning throw pillows on the sofa, fluffing fresh towels, or centering a rug. Only after we pass our own inspection are you invited for a joint walkthrough. You direct the focus, and we verify your approval on the same tablet used for the initial checklist. The digital invoice is triggered by your signature, not our departure.

"I was worried about missing details with a remote property. The before-and-after photos they provided for the final sign-off gave me complete peace of mind." — Michael, Real Estate Agent, Prague 2

Evidence of Standard: Notes, Constraints & Clarity

Transparency builds trust. Here’s how we operate within the real-world constraints of Prague cleaning.

Client Note

"They noticed the dust on the top of the fridge. I didn't."

— Anna, Residential Client, Vinohrady

Constraint We Adhere To

We cannot move heavy furniture (>20kg) or electronics for safety and insurance reasons. This is stated in our pre-clean agreement. If a sofa needs moving, we ask you to clear the path or note it as an exclusion.

Glossary: The 'Deep Clean' vs. 'Maintenance Clean'

Maintenance: The upkeep standard. Think vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking. Example: A bi-weekly refresh for a busy professional.

Deep Clean: The overhaul standard. Includes oven degreasing, interior window cleaning, baseboard detailing, and appliance pull-outs. Example: A quarterly reset or post-renovation cleanup.

Pitfall Avoidance

We pre-treat carpet spots to prevent setting, but we cannot guarantee removal of old, set-in stains. We will identify these during the initial walkthrough and document them for full transparency.
